So, noted by Shawn William Byrd are things “ordered” by the President of the United States, Barack Obama.
These carry the force of law as effected for government employees, agencies, and foreign works. Take note, this is interesting…
I thought Palestine was not friendly: http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2013/02/08/presidential-memorandum-presidential-determination-regarding-waiver-rest
Or, how about allowing child soldiers because we have military contracts: http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/09/28/presidential-memorandum-presidential-determination-respect-child-soldier
Shawn Byrd noted arms to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan: http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/07/06/presidential-memorandum-designation-islamic-republic-afghanistan-major-n
These are some of the things our President does with his time. These are not laws that affect U.S. Citizens, however they do affect our country as a whole.
So, it seems to Shawn Byrd that the Administration does not want a thinking military man in a position of control and power. Enter General James Mattis. He seems like quite the Pattonesque character.
Why should it be that forward-thinking persons should be relieved of command? How about because keeping secrets that can be discovered using a proper military preparedness plan (future-possible events) can find them out. Also, preparing for alternative engagements based upon currently available means of warfare is also proper.
When the ability to appoint those who think as you do is unrestricted, you get what you want. However, you must play the dog-and-pony show for the sake of those who are against you. If there is great fanfare adopted at a supposedly agreeable affair wherein it appears your position is acceptable to your adversary, then you continue the ruse. Only after the chatter has subsided, and the masses move on and believe that your decision will not be reversed (this is mainly due to short-sightedness and plain stupidity), then you quickly and quietly change what you want to change, and impose your will accordingly. Most people won’t notice, and those that do should then be charged with “being crazy”.
Psyops abound in politics, and the sheeple seem to be readily hypnotized by glitz and glamor. Shawn Byrd knows better than many as to the depth and widespread use of mind control tactics (psyops). Those in the commercial industry will just say that this is just telling the consumer what they want to hear.
